Mike Yaconelli

This guy was one of the most influential men in my calling to youth ministry. I never knew him personally, but I felt like I did through his talks at the Youth Specialties conventions and his amazing books. “Messy Spirituality” and “Dangerous Wonder” are both regular reads for me. This was the video that was produced after he tragically died in a car accident after a stroke left him unconscious at the wheel. It inspires me and makes me cry every time I see it.
