Our friends at the Youth Ministry Exchange just finished up a contest for the worst youth ministry road trip story ever.  I thought I had a pretty good one (that was published in a book called “Road Rules” distributed by YS; I’ll have to share it sometime)…

…but it pales in comparison with this one.  OMG!

Kent “Toast” French is the local manager of Rapid City’s Red Lobster restaurant and also happens to hold the Guinness World Record for “most claps in 60 seconds”.  Pretty cool!  Deanna and I, and probably several of you, have seen him do the following routine while eating seafood at his restaurant.
