Archives For September 2007

If you think you can do better, make a mini-lego-you at the mini-mizor.

I didn’t think Melinda Doolittle (pictured above) should have been allowed on American Idol this season because she was already a big-time, contracted background singer, but I do think that she was one of the most talented singers to have ever been on the show and was excited to find out that she’s touring with Michael W. Smith and the Katina’s this winter.  I’ve always loved W’s Christmas music, by the way… he’s coming out with a new Christmas album next month… early Christmas gift anyone?

"Harney Peak" YouTubed

I finally got the Harney hike / Sylvan swim pics YouTubed… (was having issues earlier)

Also, just a cool little side note… the video we put together to promote the Transformed Youth Convention is now posted on the official convention home page. Deanna’s really happy about it as the video starts with her face filling the opening shot… (he-he! snicker-snort!) Check it out!

This is exciting news for Ted Dekkers fans: the Circle Trilogy is coming back to life as a three graphic novel adaptation of the originals. Way cool!

Check out a 32-page preview here.

You’ve been asking for it, so here we go…

That’s right!  We’re heading back to Pierre for everybody’s favorite winter youth event, the SD youth convention at the Ramkota Convention Center!  “Click it out” here for all the details.
