Day @ the Park

Yeah, I love my family. Yesterday I was hanging out with my two youngest daughters at the Park (the two older ones don’t seem to think the park is “all that” much any more…). First watch the video below, a kind of fun, little music video of our time together…

Then, make sure and go watch the rest of a little snippet that I filmed on the same day; it features Kella talking about how she prayed earlier this week over one of Amy’s meals. Laugh-out-loud-for-sure!

Kella’s Lunch-time Prayer

kella's lunchtime

Okay, so here’s the set-up…  Amy was cooking lunch for Bella and Kella earlier this week.  She watches them in the mornings while I am at work and Deanna is at school.  Kella was asked to say prayers over the meal; her usual prayer is the short-but-cute “Jesus, Amen”, but we’ve been gently encouraging her to “expand” her prayer vocabulary (smile).  Well, here’s Kella at the park today telling me how she prayed at mealtime earlier this week…

See the rest of our time at the park at YouTube… in “music video” fashion!  It’s a must-see.

Karate Kid Star Makes "Most" Movie

Here’s a cool story about Karate Kid star Billy Zabka and his quest to make a movie based on a story that parallels the Gospel. With no cash, script or location, Zabka and his friends ended up earning an Academy Award nomination for Most, a story about a drawbridge operator who sacrifices his son’s life to save hundreds of people …

See You After the Pole Rally 2007

Here a quick video and some pics from last night’s See You After the Pole Rally, hosted graciously by the 1st Assembly of God church up on the hill.  Pastor Patrick and his team did a great job!  There were three first-time salvations last night and many re-commitments.

Did I Step on Your Trumpet?

Quirky family fun from the Danielson family!
